RIMES is providing a half-day, interactive workshop to manufacturing companies on workplace organization. The 5S System is a team-based, standardized approach to creating a more orderly workplace which increases productivity, safety, and capacity.

Workshop Overview:
- Introduction to Lean techniques and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain methodologies
- Hands-on 5s Workplace Scan to immediately use what you have learned
What to Expect:
Each participant will receive a Foundations in 5s Systems guidebook. This guidebook includes templates which can be used to implement a 5s System in the workplace. By the end of the training session participants will be able to look at their own work areas from a new perspective to achieve results and begin maximizing efficiency.
Who Should Attend:
This training is for all levels of the organization including managers, employees, and new hires. Anyone can and should attend.
