Workshop Overview:

- Hands-on application of Lean techniques through a simulated factory setting.
What to Expect:
Each participant will receive a Lean 102 Manufacturing for Job Shops guidebook. The participants will learn the basics of Lean techniques in a classroom setting and then apply them hands-on in the simulated factory. This full day workshop will include morning refreshments and lunch.
